What if I feel nervous about starting therapy?
Feeling nervous is completely normal. The free consultation is a great way to ease into the process and address any concerns you may have.
How can I book a session?
You can book a free 30-minute consultation through my online portal, or by emailing me at connect@brookegrowden.com. All appointments are in EST.
How much does therapy cost?
Individual sessions are $165 per 60 minute session.
Couples sessions are $270 per 90 minute session.
Will my employer’s health insurance cover my sessions?
Many insurance plans cover psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist.
What if I can’t afford therapy and I don’t have insurance coverage?
I offer sliding scale appointments for a limited number of clients. Contact me directly at connect@brookegrowden.com to discuss further.
How often should I attend therapy?
Therapy is most effective when attended regularly. I recommend sessions starting every week or biweekly, depending on your needs and goals. I focus on depth work, which means exploring the root causes of challenges rather than offering quick fixes. This approach requires commitment and consistency to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
